They were very friendly and accommodating. They picked us up off of the horseshoe Bay fairy took us to the place of business. Let us test drive the car as much as we wanted and made the process as easy going as possible.
They were fantastic ! Not only did Tommy and Bobby arrange to meet us at the ferry from horshoe Bay, they also accommodated my having to go to the bank multiple times that day by letting us take the car. They helped us take home the car that was top of our list, within our budget. The vehicle hasn't had any issues since ! We also got a year's worth of extended warranty for a steal of a deal.
Update: Ignore the reply from Bobby/Tony. What a foolish deflection tactic. I very much have the right company and just walked past to make sure you still worked there. Terrible company. Covered up multiple damaged parts on the car and showed me a false car fax report. They also adjusted the rear shock absorber in between purchasing the car and handing it over to me and then charged me to get it fix. Tony and Bobby were helpful but they sold me a headache. Minivan required engine repairs and transmission replacement after countless trips to various garages. They are smart guys with decades of experience. Vehicle passed inspection when purchased. Avoid this car lot. Buyer beware! I deeply regret buying from Lexa. Transmission warranty was $1000 minus $150 deductible so not much help.
Edit: The issue has not been resolved, no repair work has been done. The vehicle is still at the mechanic shop that you had the car brought to and still has a failed engine. Your response also includes several false claims: I did not modify or tamper with the engine. I had the car inspected by a mechanic who confirmed pre-existing faults within 24 hours of purchase.
