This place is a joke. They over charge and never deliver on what they say they will. I found multiple DIP SPITTERS left in my car. They also just happened to send my car back on the road with zero oil in it... This shop will always cut corners and take short cuts to save themselves money and screw the customer. You would have to be ignorant to trust your car at this place. I used them because they were a friend of a friend but will never be back. They should be shut down and hopefully will be soon.
I can tell you this is the most unethical, unprofessional mechanic that in my opinion lacks the knowledge of a skilled Lexus mechanic or any mechanic. So do yourself a huge favor and take your luxury auto to a reputable shop. At very least research further before. This was formerly t-lex in conyers.
Gil is very knowledgable in the automotive world. Actually, he is the best i've ever met. I've been in the automotive industry for twenty three years. I'm not an expert on office managers, sorry. Highly recommend Lex Techs.
I do NOT recommend Lex Techs. I paid them to fix a VSC problem on my Lexus. After 3 times in their shop, still not fixed. Kept car an additional week to go on, surprise! Vacation. Never refunded money paid in advance. Went to them for a VSC issue that was showing up on my dash. I left there the first time with the dash light still on. I made the mistake of even paying in advance for an additional part they said they needed to fix it. I brought it back two more times to them. Still not fixed.
