They wouldn't even look at my pick up truck. I told them what was wrong and they said they didn't want to fool with something like that. I guess you can go to them for a basic oil change, but don't go to them if you have real issues like replacing a heater core.
This place is excellent. They were so professional and actually SHOWED me what caused my transmission leak. It was like he did forensics on my car, he could tell and explain to me exactly what happened in all the wrecks my car has been in and the damage they did. He even did a tune up for free and allowed me to watch what he was doing. Their shop is really clean and high-tech too. They are very trustworthy and I would highly recommend them.
Instead of taking your lexus to the dealer or to an independant garage who works on all makes and models. Take it to Lextech, a Lexus certified mechanic who specializes in only Lexus and Toyota cars. I had an es300 with OBD codes P0330 and would not shift into overdrive, an independant shop said i needed a new transmission, at a cost of $3900.00 I declined the repair and took the car to Glenn at Lextech Automotive.
