I came back to Lex Spa after having moved away for a few years. When I came back, I was really appalled at how the front desk treated me and the other customers. First, she called me 5 min before my appointment, demanding to know where I was and asking me to come inside. I told her I was running a few minutes late and when I came, she was extremely unfriendly. This is by far my favorite nail spa. I have been going here for a few years now and they are truly the best. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated . As soon as you walk in the music and visuals prompt relaxation and a very positive vibe. Their attention to detail is above and beyond. They are total professionals. I came here to get a classic pedicure (Which i signed up for online and purchased in advance). the overall pedicure was good (a little rough tbh) but fine and the place is clean and nice. At the end after everything was done and I had already been confirmed for a regular pedicure at the beginning they informed me it would actually cost 5 dollar more than I had already paid for.
