This “spa” advertises a 35 minute classic pedicure on their website and this time I kept track of the time because I noticed the pedicures were short in the past. Mine came to 23 minutes and when I said something, the woman and another woman who speaks English fought me over it for about half an hour. They whipped out a phone where the entire place and everyone was on camera, and I asked them to check the times on the video which they refused. Clean, professional, comfortable and reasonably priced. After trying a few different salons in the area, I keep coming back to this one! Hannah does the best job, my dip mani lasts at least 3-4 weeks. Love Lex spa!!🩵
I have been going here for a year now. But I am appalled by their behavior. Their behavior towards customer depends on their mood. They are appointment only and every time before the appointment time they call and ask if I can come immediately before the time. But they will not accommodate anyone except the appointment time. I came back to Lex Spa after having moved away for a few years. When I came back, I was really appalled at how the front desk treated me and the other customers. First, she called me 5 min before my appointment, demanding to know where I was and asking me to come inside. I told her I was running a few minutes late and when I came, she was extremely unfriendly.
