Lex Spa is the best place to have your nails done in a friendly and welcoming environment. I love this place and each time I can wait to go back.
I absolutely love coming to Lex Spa. My mom has been coming here for 4 years. I always join when I visit. Not only are employees so kind, but this is the best gel manicure and pedicure I get (better than any Boston or NYC mani pedi). They don’t use drills and are extremely delicate with my nails. Highly recommend!
I loved this spa when Danny was there. He did a fabulous job on my nails. I DO HATE THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE MONEY WHEN BOOKING APPOINTMENT!! I recently had a manicure that chipped within 2 days and the space between my cuticles was a lot bigger than ever before. Not happy! Now chunks of gel are coming off my nails. I refuse to keep going back and forth for “repairs”!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Lex for quite some time, which makes writing this really disappointing. Up until today, I had always had positive experiences there (keep in mind, they've all been with Ann too). During my recent appointment with Ann, the service felt extremely rushed and rough to the point where multiple fingers were bleeding.
