Wonderful staff!
I’ve been a loyal customer at Lex for quite some time, which makes writing this really disappointing. Up until today, I had always had positive experiences there (keep in mind, they've all been with Ann too). During my recent appointment with Ann, the service felt extremely rushed and rough to the point where multiple fingers were bleeding. There was dip powder left all around my nails and skin, and despite politely pointing it out multiple times, I was repeatedly told it was “normal” and would come off on its own. I have no words for how comfortable and luxurious the treatments are here. I did the Deluxe Pedicure once years ago and honestly, I'll never do anything less. The multi-part, full leg mask treatments, scrubs and massage that feels like it does on much longer than it ever should. So friendly, so comfortable. Loyal for life.
By far best nail salon !! Excellent technicians. Hundreds of polish options w brands and colors. Very clean. The staff are fantastic !
They are the best my whole family go to them children grandchildren
