I'm honestly so upset and disappointed with this office. I have scheduled 2 appointments -5 months apart because I really wanted to see l Dr Allen, he had performed a finer surgery on me a few years ago and he did a fantastic job. When I called and made the appointments both times I requested Dr Lex Allen. The first appointment a PA came in, I have no idea why Dr Allen did not come in or get an explanation. Dr. Allen is fantastic. He is caring, has a great manner about him and explains everything to you. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand this year and will be going back in for my right. I can actually feel my fingers again on my left hand and can't wait to get the right hand done.
