Dr. Allen is fantastic. He is caring, has a great manner about him and explains everything to you. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand this year and will be going back in for my right. I can actually feel my fingers again on my left hand and can't wait to get the right hand done.
As always, I was well taken care of. Dr Allen was with another patient so his PA Dillon Jolley came in and was very helpful. We discussed my current concerns and then Dr Allen came in and we continued the discussion. I was pleased to hear my issues are likely treatable. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT WAS VERY NICE, I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME, I REALLY LIKED HER AS WELL!
Dr. Allen did a creditable job putting the plate in my wrist. I wish we could've done it sooner, but I understand the reasoning. He did take my call when I phoned to ask about the bruising that was quite far from the surgical site (it was from the tourniquet). That was quite reassuring.
