*Update* Not only did this employee lie, causing me to pay hundreds of dollars for something I had nothing to do with, but he also snapped our sink line and caused me and my family, including my two young daughters both under the age of five to be stuck inhaling mold for weeks… Due to a horrific smell coming from the crawlspace seeping up into my home we had it inspected come to find out the man who worked on our sink snapped the sink line, flooding the crawlspace and causing molding. I’m a renter. They told the property manager my portable dishwasher was the cause of my sink back up, yet never made any mention of that during the conclusion of the job nor provided a shred of evidence to support that claim. So now I’m stuck paying a $200 bill based off of some random dude’s speculation. Thanks guys!

We had an emergency last night with liquid backing up into the pipes and drains, and Lex-Rooter came to our rescue. Considering the time-sensitivity of our issue, they did not hesitate to assure me that they could have someone out the same day. Huge shoutout to the office for being so professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. Another huge shoutout to my guy Ace for pumping our septic tank as well as Tony and Cody for clearing our clogged pipes.
