I’m a renter. They told the property manager my portable dishwasher was the cause of my sink back up, yet never made any mention of that during the conclusion of the job nor provided a shred of evidence to support that claim. So now I’m stuck paying a $200 bill based off of some random dude’s speculation. Thanks guys!

We had an emergency last night with liquid backing up into the pipes and drains, and Lex-Rooter came to our rescue. Considering the time-sensitivity of our issue, they did not hesitate to assure me that they could have someone out the same day. Huge shoutout to the office for being so professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. Another huge shoutout to my guy Ace for pumping our septic tank as well as Tony and Cody for clearing our clogged pipes.

A clogged toilet is awful; a clogged main is worse. Last night we had an awful clogged toilet that would not clear so we called Lex Rooter and they walked me through intervention steps so we could get through the night. Dalton arrived first thing in the morning and cleared the main drain outside and now we have working indoor plumbing again!! Dalton was professional and friendly and talked me through possible causes and next steps if it ever happens again (please no!!). Highly recommend Lex Rooter

Bill was fantastic, on time, very courteous and left our kitchen clean. It has a very tough clog, but he did a great job and was very fairly priced.
