Had them out on 5/20 to work on main sewer line that was backed up. They opened it work fine until 6/14 came home to a flooded basement again. Called them to come as they told me it was under warranty but since it’s on a weekend I would need to pay an after hours fee of $150! That is not standing behind your work if you ask me. I would not recommend them. I plan on contacting the BBB on them first thing Monday morning.

My basement was flooded due to my commode overflowing. I called Lex-Rooter at 12AM & they had 2 guys out within an hour. (Alex/Tony, I believe were their names) These two gentlemen had everything done & their mess cleaned up within an hour & a half. I asked them if they could clean up the sewage that was already on the floor before they got there. Unfortunately, they don't offer that but did recommend Spotless to get it all cleaned up & they came the next day. Highly recommend Lex-Rooter (& Spotless too, if needed)!

These folks are fantastic, completely bailed us out at a church event. Our kitchen was terrible. Had Everything done in 2 hours...... you are appreciated
