THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING JOKE! They told me they would come out and "fully " inspect my property in an attempt to see where the smell in my office building was coming from... NOT ONLY did this idiot just walk around the office for 10 minutes and say, "Welp, I do not see anything.." THESE CLOWNS forgot about my appointment alllll togther and I had to CALL THEM and inform them that I was on the schedule for an appointment today... *Update* Not only did this employee lie, causing me to pay hundreds of dollars for something I had nothing to do with, but he also snapped our sink line and caused me and my family, including my two young daughters both under the age of five to be stuck inhaling mold for weeks… Due to a horrific smell coming from the crawlspace seeping up into my home we had it inspected come to find out the man who worked on our sink snapped the sink line, flooding the crawlspace and causing molding.
