Very poor managed company, their lease agreement laws don’t count for how many people live in each house, so they are contradicting their own laws they are trying to enforce. Very poor communication and wouldn’t recommend going through this company.
Lex properties has been a dream to work with! Being new to the area a transplant from Atlanta, Georgia the ladies in the office were 100% on my side to make me feel appreciated. Answer any questions I had at any time during my lease and always return my call within a timely manner. You couldn’t ask for a better property manager. Thanks again, Lex properties I will be recommending you to everybody. I know who’s new to the area.
They patrol their obscure parking lots like they’re Area 51. Their own residents who park in the same spot every day get towed immediately if their pass is off like an inch. Even if the lot is practically empty. Have to be getting a cut of the $. Pretty funny. Nobody’s parking there who shouldn’t be. Ease up.
Jennifer and the other lady in the office was 100% rude to my daughter and to myself as well. She admit that her maintenance did not do their job cause my daughter to spend $80 on a lockout issue that their emergency maintenance should have handle. This women were rude and nasty. Such a shame that they do their tenant's this way.
If you want a company that calls towing on their own residents who park there every day in the same vehicle with a pass they paid for if the pass is not “fully visible” for one hour then this is the one! <3 Their own residents even get towed when the lot is half full. There's NOTHING nearby that would cause people to park there who aren’t supposed to be there. Shows how much they care about the residents
