Amazing experience from start to finish. Warm welcome at the door when arriving with beverages offered. Amazing nail polish selections and tech experience. Techs asking good questions along the process to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for during your visit. 10/10 hometown favorite
Loved my experience here. I was in town for a wedding and my nails chipped. They were able to get me in for an express manicure and it was perfect! Such sweet staff and such a cute location.
I visited Lex nail bar probably 8 to 10 times often accompanied by my five-year-old daughter who would also get services spending upwards of $200 each visit. I understand being busy, but it was often difficult to make follow up appointments for my next service. At my last visit when I went to go and make an appointment I was simply told by the owner “we don’t have any appointments” not “we may be booked out pretty far” or “it may be a while before we can get you back in” just “we have no appointments”. An amazing experience all around. Very professional, clean tools and friendly staff.
Lex Nail Bar is the best! They always greet me by name when I enter the space and always say goodbye and thank me for coming when I leave. They provide a wide variety of drinks free of charge, and use positive language with each other and their customers. The welcoming, friendly staff also do high quality work and have high standards for their end results.
