I had the worst experience at Lex Lanes. I was going for a Sunday special at 4 and the old man at the front counter was the very rude and disrespectful to me. He told me we would have to wait 20 minutes just to see if a lane was available when half the alley had nobody in it. He gave our pizza to the wrong customer and ended our game when we were in the 9th frame. I will never go to this alley again or recommend to anyone I know. Ridiculous management and very rude staff. Don’t waste your time with this business!!!
