Pedi a recepcao do hotel se seria possivel o estorno deste valor de 200 dolares . Eles me disseram que nao poderiam fazer isto pois tinha feito a reserva atraves do booking.com. Liguei para o booking e solicitei o estorno , foi me passado pelo atendente que seria possivel cancelar a estadia e assim eu poderia fazer a reserva com o proprio hotel .
