Wow, what a pit. Very dingy rooms. Filthy carpet. Poorly trained front desk staff. Rooms are large, but this is a really impressive hotel.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica, meno caotica rispetto a molti altri situati in grandi centri turistici, a 5 minuti dalla fermata di metropolitana e autobus, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi anche se siete amanti delle camminate. la camera era semplice, un letto matrimoniale e un bagno, forse peccava di spazio interno per poter disfare comodamente le valigie o muoversi più facilmente, per il resto nessun problema, il servizio di pulizia efficace ed eccellente, il personale sempre disponibile e cordiale.

I’m giving this hotel one star because the cleaning staff threw away a shopping bag that was inside our room. I understand they may have mistaken it for trash, but management took no responsibility and offered no solution other than telling us to search through the trash outside ourselves. The staff was not very friendly, the bathroom smelled strongly of mildew, and the worn carpet and stained walls made the room feel dirty. I would not stay here again.
