What they advertise as a “garden floor” is nothing more than a dark, poorly ventilated basement with plastic plants. Reviews confirm it — search “basement” and you’ll find mentions of cockroaches and musty, unhealthy rooms. I have severe allergies to dust mites and pests, so I politely asked to cancel just two hours after booking when I saw multiple reviews mentioning the basement conditions and even cockroaches. Do NOT book here A basement room ? Really ? It should be illegal that you do not put this on your website . I will be complaining on every platform . If you like a Dark and desolate room book here. I am so complaining to better business bureau .. this is deceitful
