Went to Home Depot to order a storm door and was told that Lex Construction would come out to measure and install. They are not qualified to perform this work. Home Depot is about to lose a lot of business by using this company as their installers. I read the reviews and now I can confirm why they are so bad. Had to put up 1 star in order for this to get posted
Extremely disappointment. Went to Hone Depot for a new front door and was assigned Lex construction for a measurement and had an appointment. Original appointment was reschedule which I am completely fine with and was given a new date with a 10-2 window. No one ever showed up. I called the office to inquire where he was. The woman I spoke to said she was trying to contact him. I expressed my disappointment since I waited all day. She promised she would call me back either way. Never heard back. I wish i could give negative stars, the person who came to get the measurements has straight forward put a comment to reject job as he didn't find a parking spot on street. They want parking spot and space to set-up tools to instal a custom door for a closet. I had got an entire custom closet installed from scratch, that company didn't have issues. not sure if they need a crane to install the door (the door is suppose to be ready for installation with custom size). Do not use this company! They don’t even show up to give a scheduled estimate! My husband took the day off today so he can be here when they arrived. We had an appointment between 11:00-3:00. Around 2:50 I called to ask their ETA. Was told they were running behind but they were still coming. Well, it’s now 5:00 and nobody showed! I tried calling the office, but of course there’s no answer. What horrible business etiquette. Home Depot will definitely be hearing from me!
They do not belong being a construction company afiliated with Home depot. They can Not install a storm door. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend using there services
