Terrible service, not clean at all.

This is an update to my past reviews. I recently had a leak from my hall bath upstairs and it came through the ceiling in the downstairs living dining room area. I called maintenance and they sent both Mike the Maintenance MGR and ILIR to investigate. ILIR discovered the issue and did the necessary work to solve the problem. He was very helpful and professional and knew what he was doing. He made the caulking in my bathroom that was done in the past look so much better than it had when initially done.
