My furnace had a small gas leak, and my air conditioner had a mouse-chewed wire. The service representatives came out and were able to diagnose and then return the next day with the needed parts to fix both issues. Excellent work! Kudos to all involved in the process.
A.J. was here to do spring check-up on my A/C system. He did a great job and explained everything. It was easy to make the initial appointment with the office and reschedule when the weather was uncooperative. A.J. was a little behind schedule today but the office called to let me know his revised arrival time, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Lew's Reliable.

Good group of people at Lew's. Never had a bad experience on the phone with them. Technicians know their craft well and several have been in HVAC a long time. However, their pricing is nowhere near competitive. For anyone with time to shop around, specifically for a major repair, furnace and/or AC replacement, you'll save at least 30%-40% and receive the same or better customer service and warranty. If money is no object, Lew's is great.
Been in our Mentor home for over 35 years. Lew’s has taken care of our heating and cooling needs for over 35 years. Enough said!
