For several years, I have fully entrusted my dental care to Lewistown Dental Center. The staff, from Dr. Shrestha to Dr. Celeste, to Jillian and Jesse, have take exceptional care of my ongoing dental needs. The appointment coordinators Jackie and Courtney are also exceptionally friendly, punctual, and thoughtful, taking initiative in ensuring that patients get their appointments as soon as possible. I look forward to my dental appointments and am grateful for the clinic and its exceptional staff!
This dental office does not handle emergencies at all, even though it is advertised that they do. Very disappointing and misleading experience. On top of that, the call center does not relay calls properly, which made the situation even more concerning and unreliable. What made the experience worse was being told by the nurse that my condition “wasn’t an emergency,” despite having a tooth and gum infection.
