Nothing but nightmares with the VA. I’ve called dozens of numbers from their website. Everything is automated, if you get an actual human they usually have a very thick accent, are hard to understand, and they just transfer you to another automated system. This clinic is hands down THE BEST VA experience I’ve ever had. The lady’s at check in were extremely helpful, caring, upbeat and fun. I met with veteran advocate Tony. They are the epitome of what is wrong with government Healthcare and the va. Tried calling several times and their machine hangs up on you after trying several ways to reach a human. Went in there and was told I'd get a call. Still waiting.
