I had a really good experience at LRV in the parts department. Natasha was most helpful and she helped us find some difficult parts to repair a difficult system. Ill be back, thanks
Would highly recommend especially the parts department they are completely trustworthy and will return parts just by looking them up in their system. And without a receipt. Above and beyond
They had the exact parts that I needed. However they seem to be a little understaffed. Only one individual to help everybody that came in. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Overall the experience was okay however customer service needs a little tending to.
