Called about a part, which they had in stock and were going to hold at sales so I could pick it up when the parts area was closed. They were charging $70 for a $10 part (same exact part price on Amazon) and hung up on me when I asked them why they were charging a 600% markup.
Even tho they did not have what I needed to repair a water line leak on my older (1994 Rexhall) motorhome they were kind enough to tell me where I could get the fittings I needed.
The staff is amazing, compassionate, and very helpful. All of that makes for good customer return.
My first stop for rv parts. Been very helpful in finding the parts I have needed.
