I rented a space for a baby shower not realizing it was in the wrong state (I noticed several weeks before event) when I called they told me I would get a refund. I never received one even after calling 3 times since then being told the same thing.
The inside is very nice. Outside the wet leaves blanketing the sidewalks need picked up. A slipping hazard.
