I have been coming here for 13 years and have always had a positive experience. The practice of medicine whether in animals or humans is not an exact science. Patients need to understand this. The staff here is extremely caring and competent in the services they deliver.
I wish I could give no stars. This practice is atrocious. They gave me conflicting results on my cat's blood work, which led to her death (after an unnecessary delay in getting her medication). They failed to diagnose my dog with arthritis, and it's so bad now that his joins make audible crunching noises. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, and wish I'd done so about three years ago. We moved to the area 6 years ago with 6 pets, and only 2 remain. Stay away. Stay far, far away.
They have given my pets nothing but excellent and compassionate care over the many years our family has engaged their services. I wanted to post here to especially thank Dr. Spence for her recent work with my elderly dog Mario. He has recovered from what had been a sad decline in his health and mobility, thanks to your care.
BEWARE: They killed my dog while boarding, and didn't call us; said she got caught in the kennel. So either the kennels are not fit for dogs; or the staff is extremely negligent... It's looking like both!
My dog was twice on the verge of dying due to blood issues in which he needed emergency treatment. Dr. Edwards and Dr. Spence both saved his life with thier knowledge, immediate diagnosis and effective treatment. Words cannot express how thankful and impressed I am with this entire establishment, from the front desk to the techs to the doctors.....everyone was AMAZING.
