My daughter was very sick and does not like going to the doctors office. Emily made her feel so comfortable and took her time to build a relationship with my daughter. She also took time to explain my daughter's diagnosis and treatment. We are new to Blacksburg and had an amazing pediatrician in Richmond. My standards are high, and Emily met them all. So did the staff. I called during my daughter's antibiotic treatment and was greeted with courtesy, patience, and understanding. I'm very pleased!
My 15 year old son has been a patient of Dr. Berry for many years. We began seeing Dr Berry when he was at the Salem LG Peds office before opening the Blacksburg location. He was so thorough and dependable with my son's care we did not hesitate to continue with his practice when his current office opened in Blacksburg. My son is special needs, and at times I know we have been a difficult case.
