Lewis Gale pediatrics has always provided the best care for my children. The doctors have been attentive to their needs and we appreciate their service.
Dr.Good and Dr.Cummings are amazing. Our kids have been going to them since birth and no complaints about these 2
Don’t bother calling you will wait over an hour to maybe get on line with nurse some of these front desk people just do nothing 🤦🏽♂️
We saw NP Debbie briefly and she was wonderful! Sadly we had the impression that the tech and Dr. wanted to frighten us about normal infant findings, and seemed to belittle our personal preferences/beliefs. After following up with Carilion peds and having them tell us all was quite well, our fears were put to rest.
If you can get in to see Dr. Bouldin , he is great! The problem is getting in to see him. It is very difficult to get appointments with a Dr here. Sometimes the Triage Nurse can be very rude and it makes the process even more complicated. Several times I have waited in the phone for close to a hour just to be told there are no available appointments to see our Dr! The front desk is horrible. I’ve had to take my children to the ER because even their sick clinic is difficult to schedule with. Wish there were better options for... read more
