My experience has always been a good one, of people who are intelligent and seem to know their job, and have been kind to me. I never have ever waited a long time. One time I was waiting for my ride to pick me up, and my ride was running a little late, and the clinic was close to closing, but they were polite to me and offered me a pack of peanut butter naps to eat.
