It was easy to make an appointment with friendly office personnel for pre surgery with Dr. Fawlkes, surgeon for my hernia repair. Dr. Fawlkes and his assisting personnel in depth addressed my hernia and recommended type of procedures, surgery. Dr Fawlkes addressed satisfactory all my questions and we have agreed on robotic type of procedure to minimize recovery time. Efficient, and respectful of time and schedule, but not to the point of not explaining procedures and expected outcomes, or seeming too busy to answer questions. Very respectful of other colleagues, and exceptional surgical anilities
Very nice office staff and the NP Ashley explained the EGD procedure very well. The scheduling person was very personable & kind.
EXTREMELY rude unclean AWFUL place that LIES to people. If you go here you will NOT be in good hands because good people DO NOT LIE especially to dying people. Then thinking an "apology" will fix the issues, you tell people appointments are for one thing and they aren't, people drive long ways to get there, then said people leave just as bad if not worse then when they got there. I had colon resection surgery on August 20th. Dr. Amanda Reese was my surgeon. I went for my two week check up today. She is a fantastic surgeon and my recovery is just as she said it would be. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reese for any general surgery needs that one might have. Her office staff is very helpful and nice.
