The office staff were all very kind and seemed to work together very smoothly. The nurse was very friendly. The physician and medical student were both very professional and straightforward with me about the situation and were able to convey their thoughts to me clearly.
I respect the work Dr. Fawlkes is doing to help patients with smas. Everyone on his team and staff was kind, courteous, and professional. I left feeling validated and understood after many years of attempting to get care. I trust them and I hope to recieve surgery there!
