Dr Cox is simply amazing! Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their patients.
I went for my consultation this morning and from start to finish my experience was great. I was greeted with a smiling face when checking in. Once I was taken back to the room, the nurse (Joe) was very professional and friendly when reviewing my health information. Amanda Cox was very nice. She answered any questions I had and listened to me about my struggles and concerns. All in all it was a great first impression of this clinic and great experience and look forward to coming back.
I had an appointment at 1. Was trying to find office, running few minutes behind. Got where I needed to be. Told them I was sorry. All was very nice and not upset. Filled out papers and was called immediately and questions were answered. I'll go back. Like them.
Dr. Dempah and his staff take the time to listen to your questions as well as explain any procedures that you may have. Very thorough in his care of you.
I was respected by the entire staff. The nurse that was training, was most respectful and Grace ( P A )answered all .my questions. She is SUPER.
