Had a total reverse shoulder replacement, and everything went very well. The pre-op nurses were very efficient and attentive - always on top of things. Same with the post-op staff. The Dr.(Wilkes) that did the nerve block was very gentle and personable and put me at ease before, during and after the procedure. I wish I could remember the names of the nurses that were so very attentive...one was from Guam! All in all, everything was done quickly and efficiently with no real problems. THANK YOU!
The whole staff that I have encountered there at Lewis Gale has been amazing. I can’t tell you in words how pleased and grateful I was for the amazing people that have been caring for me throughout this ordeal. Dr. Henshaw and team has been Gold Medal winners and I thank my creator for them. Moving forward in my care from this team I don’t have any doubts that they will continue to do their best to care for me as we move forward. Fully satisfied!
