Dr. Lewis, is very intelligent and caring, the problem is his office staff. Unfortunately, he now has office staff that appears to be abusing their power for some sort of sick power trip. They leave the phone off the hook so that no one can get through, I was on hold for 3+ hours until my phone died. Forget it if you have a UTI, first urine test no cultures were ordered, 2nd test I was prescribed 5 days of antibiotics for 3 different things that showed up, now they want a 3rd test in as many weeks. Dr Lewis takes the time to answer all questions completely. He was well aware of all concerns from the visit over a year ago. Great annual check up.
Dr. Lewis' skill level and watchfulness free me to give my medical cares to him, and to be instead in each moment with my personal life. All complexity of patients will feel honored to be under his care.
