This is a terrible company with no consideration for homeowners or their property. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! This is a company that takes cheap contracts from the electric companies and cut down your trees and leave them in your property with no notice, consideration or respect. They have terrible management and are basically pure garbage. Don't hire them for anything private and if you see their trucks, be warned they will just walk on your property and start cutting down trees and leave them in your yard.
Hired by National Grid to trim lines, they agreed to give me a waiver pending an allowed hearing; instead they proceeded, and decimated my tree, my garden and property. Neighbor reminded them that I had the waiver, which was ignored. Next day they apologized and CEO tried to buy me off. Formal complaint into the Public Service Commission, regulator of utilities. avoid them.
TERRIBLE !!! topped of my white oak tree instead of trimming like they were supposed to do.They damaged arborviteas when branches fell down.Confronted foreman and he tried to pull the speak spanish only on me.DONT LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.Contracted by com ed.They suck
