Very professional and responsive.
Lewis charged us 2 $700 trip fees for 1 hour jobs without telling us that there would be any kind of trip fee. Our bill came out to $1700 for them to tighten an air line and perform an oil change and then go back to check what happened after our compressor blew itself apart the day after they were there the first time. A 400%+ upcharge in trip fees without telling us that would be required is a terrible way to treat a new customer. Will never do business with them again.
Excellent Compressor Company! Very very knowledgeable technicians. They will make service calls late night or on the weekends. If it compresses or drys air, this is by far the best company in Charlotte to go to!
If it's not a compressor they have listed, they don't want to work on it. Even if it's a major brand.
