I clean a 100 year old home in Wilmington that we could not get cool.. The humidity in home was awful. We call Lewis & Son and they found air ducks not functioning right. No more complaints from guests about being hot ..
These guys are unbelievable(ly) good. The two techs Phillip and rich truly care about what they do, they don’t try to sell you on anything. There aren’t as many honest business and that are homegrown but this is one! They care about the quality of their work and the quality of their interactions. I tell everyone I know to use them but don’t know what I would do without them. They truly care about delivering the best client experience in most human way possible. Greatest HVac company
Excellent customer service. Had a problem with a shorted voltage circuit that was found and fixed. Only charged for diagnostic and small fee for repair. I would highly recommend Lewis and Sons.
Excellent customer service, Tech Phillip has worked on my unit several times, he always shows up immediately, gives me all the information up front, and does excellent work. no mess left behind and always locks up after the service. Labor prices are always reasonable. Great poeple to work with.
