I had an outstanding experience at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, Bridgett at the front desk set the tone with her friendly attitude and efficient check-in process. Went in for a Wellness Check which my insurance covers 100%. However, I happened to mention that I had recently had an MRI from an ER visit that the nurse said I might should get looked at. Dr. Lewis did nothing to treat this, but recommend an another MRI. With that I was charged about $100 because it was no longer a “routine visit”! HE DID NOTHING TO HELP, but did make it worse by charging me the EXTRA amount! This is my second time. Dr Lewis is very caring, he has listened to my concerns and sought to help me. The staff are stellar, they return my calls and were very helpful.
I love Dr. Lewis and his staff! He listens to your issues, he's NOT dismissive. When he can't help you he'll refer you to a specialist who can! My insurance wouldn't cover a prescription HIS STAFF immediately found a coupon that made my prescription affordable!!
The sky is not only exceptional, but he's a friend.Every patient he takes that extra time to know them to review everything and not make any rapid assumptions and shove them out the door.
