Michelle is awesome!…she had a good plan for me and help as much as she could. Liv was very attentive when I was there. I had a really good experience. I’ll be seeing them again in a few weeks.
Michelle is an awesome physical therapist. She is a great listener and sets up a great plan to help you through your issues. She is very knowledgable. I see her everytime and she is very attentive. Her assistants Liv and Brenna are awesome too. I have worked mainly with Liv and she is great to work with. Liv and Brenna are so helpful. Their office manager Ashlei is the best office manager she makes payments and scheduling simple. I highly recommend this place!
I was nervous about going to physical therapy and didn't know what to expect. Randy, my physical therapist, was great at evaluating my situation, explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. He helped me recover from shoulder surgery and got me back to work at my physical job. He really listens to his clients. He is very passionate about his profession and is great to work with. Randy knows his stuff! Couldn't imagine going thru that rehab without him! I feel lucky I found Sports & Orthopedic.
Randy Hicks and his team know their business! I underwent PT after complications with a meniscus repair. I was weak, in pain, and started PT late. Randy developed a very challenging program that he adapted as I met interim goals and regained my strength. He took me from struggling to walk any distances to meeting 100% of the goals he set for me (which actually exceeded my hopes). And I never once felt pain in the rehab process, which is amazing! Randy and his entire staff were the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly PT experience I’ve encountered. With their guidance and training my left shoulder range of motions returned to 95%+(so far) of what I had prior to injury and corrective orthopedic surgery. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for significant improvement to long term orthopedic health.
