As a boomer with three okay to terrible experiences with PT, I tried again only because of an excellent review from a trusted friend. At Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapy I have discovered perfection of care, respect, and compassion from the staff. As to owner Randy Hick's excellence as a physical therapist, I am still on my feet, which has been my goal from the start.

This place has only one great Dr. Chris, the rest of them including the receptionist Ashley are very rude, and un helpful. They only see us patients as a business. All the Aides, are not very helpful at all, I honestly think that all of these staff members feel superior, they don’t realize that without us patients, they won’t have a job and without a job they won’t be able to provide for their families. Michelle is awesome!…she had a good plan for me and help as much as she could. Liv was very attentive when I was there. I had a really good experience. I’ll be seeing them again in a few weeks.

Michelle is an awesome physical therapist. She is a great listener and sets up a great plan to help you through your issues. She is very knowledgable. I see her everytime and she is very attentive. Her assistants Liv and Brenna are awesome too. I have worked mainly with Liv and she is great to work with. Liv and Brenna are so helpful. Their office manager Ashlei is the best office manager she makes payments and scheduling simple. I highly recommend this place!

I was nervous about going to physical therapy and didn't know what to expect. Randy, my physical therapist, was great at evaluating my situation, explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. He helped me recover from shoulder surgery and got me back to work at my physical job. He really listens to his clients. He is very passionate about his profession and is great to work with. Randy knows his stuff! Couldn't imagine going thru that rehab without him! I feel lucky I found Sports & Orthopedic.
