I called and put in an offer. I was given the ladies personal number to text my information to and was asked to generate a Chat GPT contract for the closing to be done. After that I kept calling the office and texting the personal number to follow up on the offer and was not getting through. A friend called and got an answer immediately. Bad customer service. Would not recommend!
