Run from Rodin! – This family seems to be the classic situation of a dishonest businessman (and woman - his daughter also) who finds a powerful niche in the community and then uses the same formula to expand into other businesses ripe for low level fraud/theft. I am a local businessman who hears one sad story after another about various situations where the consumer has no choice but to trust Rodin's representatives until it is too late to undo the damage or theft. havertown's most dishonest real estate company – My Dad was a tennant with these thieves. They took advantage of his age and scammed him out of more than a months rent with the move in paperwork (which we are still trying to recover). Drains always clogged. Plumber they sent was some cheap loser with a plunger and drano. Upon moving out they charged us the entire sec dep ($200) for a loose refrigerator door handle.
