Louis pharmacy 69th and Louise. Very good and helpful.
I came into the store today to buy eye drops and found a package sitting in a spot labeled $14.99. When I got to the register, I was told the price was $18.99. I mentioned that the shelf tag said $14.99, so the manager, Shane, came with me to check. When we got to the aisle, we discovered the eye drops had been placed in the wrong spot. I understand that mistakes happen, but what I didn't appreciate was Shane laughing at me in a rude and dismissive way, as if it was somehow my fault that the shelves were disorganized.
