Last minute and right at closing time the manager humbly allowed me to come in and pick up my dog food and I understand the inconvenience because I had called a different store to put aside and I would be right there to pay. However it was a fault of my own and my Rhea baby got her food. Such a nice store and kudos to the manager. Thanks again for your patience and allowing me to come in so late.

Very poor customer service at this Lewis location there were at least 6 people in line for 1 checker and it was a busy time for people to be out 6pm. The checker didn't even call for help. Then I had brought a return back and had the receipt and the item being returned was still in its package i just ended up not needing it. So the manager came over and he was in a muscle shirt and pants and he said this item is past 90 days I cant return this its right on the receipt.
