I have lived in this building for 27 years and I witnessed a lot over the years. The building was at a low point until our new manager Sir arrived he put out a lot of drug addicts, sex offenders and troublemakers, and he also made it safer to live and also cleaned the property up. I witnessed the long hours he put in to make these changes and still doing it. I am paralyzed and on a ventilator and one night the power went out in the building.
