They sent me to collections without even sending a bill or calling. I would have happily paid my bill. They told me I had no balance at my last appointment. Very vindictive. All for $100.
I’ve been going to Dr. Marc Lewis for several years ... what a great dentist and all-around nice person! He and the staff are always friendly, caring, and compassionate ... and Dr. Lewis is an expert at pain-free numbing, so gentle! For a cleaning or other dentistry, you’re in and out in reasonable time, and they truly care that the work is done correctly and comfortably the first time. Just a nice group of people who value their patients!
If you enjoy sitting in a waiting room for hours past the time you were scheduled, not to mention a extra 20 minutes of waiting if you’re a new patient, then this is the place for you! The tiny waiting room is too confined for safety during a pandemic, especially when they schedule patients on top of each other.
