What a dump / standards of life don't know this place. Outdated big time like stepping into a time-warp this place has community bathrooms, a community kitchen and the nastiest of the nasty's. Come on now/ it is after all 2017, not 1945. Even the police will not enter there because they are afraid of something rubbing off on them.
