I was very pleased with this service call. Angus was professional and informative. I felt like my boiler was well maintained by a very capable individual. Angus took time to answer questions I had about my heat pump and explained best practices for its use. I will definitely use Lewis MacLean again! I thought I posted this a year ago but.. here it is.. better late than never.. This year Ken came, did maintenance and informed me of what was taking place with my boiler. He returned later that night to help me with an emergency... read more

Early, but phoned first to alert us! Great job - quick, efficient and answered all questions. Came for service on furnace but checked the water heater (unasked) and let us know it was getting close to the end of life.
