Before retiring, as a General Contractor, in 2021I used I used Merlo dozens of times during my 48 years in business. They were always attentative to the project at hand. Their skills are unparalleled, and while they were normally a little more expensive than other concrete contractors, I learned, time and time again, that you get what you pay for. I could not recommend them more highly.

They are ridiculously expensive. They wanted to charge me $1200 for a permit that costs $250 and they wanted $12k for half a days work for two people. Well needless to say, I am not using them.
Unprofessional and rude customer service. This company promised a free estimate, but did not deliver one, even after 2 weeks time.
