Left message after Christmas for a return phone call to set up new eye exam for the year. Left all my info on the VM. No one ever called me back to setup appt. I have been there before as an established patient. Will go somewhere else.
What kind of quality is this? I’ve NEVER had my glasses do this after only 9 months. These are scratches from normal wear. Will never go here again. And , yes, I got my glasses from them in Sept

Relaxed, easy to talk to staff, with an immediate sense that they care about their service, products, AND your health. Happy to engaged and discuss any questions in a thoughtful and non judgmental manner. Superb.
Very shady. Says you need a specific test. It costs $39. You pay the $39 and he tells you he already did the test before you agreed to test. What? Sounds like taking advantage of seniors. You treated my best friend. Or should I say mistreated?
