Contacted Lewis & Lewis authorized Hewlett-Packard sales and service co. in Alaska and made arrangements for them to come out and clean our two year old HP 3600n laser printer. The printer worked before they cleaned it on Nov 13, 2008 and as of Dec 5, 2008 it has not worked since. They have ask us to pay $280.00 for the service they performed (damaging our printer during cleaning) and now for them to make it work again they have ask us to pay for additonal labor and parts if needed.
