I would first like to thank the young man who came to pick and also deliver back my Toro Zero Turn mower. I don't remember his name but when i called to have it serviced, he came quickly, and even diagnosed the mower problem right away. He also suggested putting on a mulcher and guaranteed the mower would still fit inside my storage area. I asked him to give me a quote, called me back that day or next with cost, and when he delivered it today, he drove it right into my storage room and fit perfectly. I called on 2 February to schedule a pick up for my mower. I was told I would be contacted "in a couple of days" to schedule the pick up date. After two weeks, I got tired of waiting and called a company in Prattville who came out and got my mower the same day. Today is the 23rd and I FINALLY got a call from you to set up a date to pick up my mower. I have taken my business elsewhere and would strongly recommend you work on customer service and communication with your customers.
