I dealt with this company in conjunction to some work that my company did for a FannieMae project! It was shocking and abhorrent to be treated this way by the staff( Especially Cheryl) dealt with both me and my staff. I had nothing but problems with them and felt as though I was being lied to the whole time. I do believe that there are some inappropriate things going on with respect to the properties, but this is just my personal opinion. Rude staff, No Website…..get with the times
We bought a property through this realtor and after we signed the offer or purchase it took a few weeks until the sale closed as they were very slow getting us the paperwork to sign. With other realtors the sale had been done within a few days to a week. We then got a good offer on the property as the for sale sign wasn’t yet taken down so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went through with the sale using this realtor.
