I’ve called several times to get another appointment with no one ever answering. The past year that I’ve made appointments it has all been through the portal (which is a disaster to navigate in and of itself). I was calling to see if I could switch providers and every time I’ve been on hold for 30min to an hour with no one answering the phone in the end. Very frustrating.
Dr Robblee is a great neurologist and always listens to her patients. She is thorough, thoughtful and I’m so glad she is my Dr.
Dr. Frerichs is excellent. All you can hope for in a physician.
Dr Robblee was very informative and gracious. She explained multiple options for potential treatment and helped me to arrive at a decision. I asked several questions, she was most patient in answering them and addressing any concerns I had.
