Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Dr leavitt has been in practice a long time and shows his care and concern for all his patients. Loving and warm,careing atmosphere.

Dr. Leavitt is so calm and professional, he makes our family relaxed about going to the dentist. He never suggest the extreme treatment, opting often to wait and see. His staff is almost always great, and my kids feel very comfortable with him. Because he is the only dentist they know, they have not become scared of dental visits. Dr Leavitt is incredibly caring and gentle, and we will be devastated when he retires one day because we know we won't find a better dentist.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
