After numerous conversations with the doctor, medical assistant and billing department regarding billing my insurance carrier for individual visits vs. Fracture care we were told "not to worry about it". After treatment was completed, we were later by the medical assistant the doctor changed his mind resulting in $75 additional out of pocket costs.
