I called Kelly Robb, told him I was interested in a Ford Platinum and when I arrived he was waiting and opened the door when I arrived. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeabl, professional and a United States Veteran! He had an answer for every one of my questions. He guided us through the car purchase, was willing to drive the car to me if needed.
