From never getting test results to the staff making empty promises about when I would hear back from them on charges from various labs that should have been filed through insurance. Lack of empathy overall from the office manager and staff. Have been a patient for years of this office and now it just seems all they care about is quantity of patients and money over the quality of the care. Looking for a new doctor.
The staff was courteous and quick. Dr Lewis was able to see me right away and helped me to get feeling better. Thank you Dr Lewis!!!!
So thankful urgent care is open until 8pm!!! Carol and Haley were very professional and friendly!
No long waits and Dr Balderas is great. Friendly and doesn't force all the medical stuff I am not into on you-let's you make your own decisions on your health. The staff is excellent as well!
