I am switching doctors and here is why: this is the sorriest dr I have ever seen. I’m an Army combat veteran and I rely on psych meds to remain stable. When I have my prescription called in, I go the pharmacy and they do not give me the meds I called in for, and not even the right dose or amount. This office is giving the pharmacy wrong prescriptions. Lewis family care is so sorry it can’t even be relied on for giving accurate information. And their boss just plead guilty to fraud. **** Lewis family care.
Dr. Mathew Lewis and staff are awesome. I am always treated with the highest respect, dignity and care. He and his practice are asset to our community. .
My boyfriend made an appointment here back in 2023. He was having chest pains and a rash just about any time he exerted himself for more than a minute or two. They did an EKG and told him it came back normal. No further tests were ordered for him. When he asked about his extremities staying reddish purple, he was told and I quote "oh that's normal, my whole family has that" by his Dr. Through our own trial and error, we found that his heart issue was being caused by his pre-workout creatine. Would give 0 stars if possible! My first actual visit with the doctor was satisfactory, but I was told to come the next morning to complete blood/lab work. No one was even at the office when I showed up on time, my voicemail left was never returned. Next, all kinds of issues getting my prescribed meds that I have been taking for years. After having my pharmacy help me out it was determined the wrong quantity was ordered for several, others weren’t even given any refills.
