Dr Mitchell answerd all my questions. He didn't rush me which is something I don't like. Every time I have seen Dr Mitchell he has always been very good. The nurse I saw was also very good and ask me about all my concerns.
As usual, it was a great experience. Was given a friendly greeting upon arrival and checked in quickly. Luanne (?) was wonderful. Always amazed at her apparent recollection/recognition after long periods and with so many other patients. Did not have to wait very long for Dr. Mitchell. He was thorough in his exam and review of my current health issues. Went to Dr. Mitchell because Dr. Shaw was not available. I was having a problem with excess indigestion and Gas, high up in my chest. Was having problems sleeping in bed because my chest hurt too bad laying down. I got up a couple nights and sat in a recliner and was able to sleep because my chest did not hurt when i did this. Explain all this to Dr. Mitchell. Told him I had 3 angio plastic in 1987. He gave me some zantac & suggested it would be good for me to see a heart Doctor. Dr Mitchell has always been superior in all areas of service to me. Courteous and thorough in his diagnostics and treatments. Would recommend him to anyone. My son is also a patient of his at my referral.
Both Dr. Mitchell and his assistant, LouAnn, are smart, experienced and listen well. What I've most appreciated is that, if I have a problem, I can email or call for advice, and get an answer quickly. This has been a godsend. I came to Dr. Mitchell after my last physician moved out of the area. I had been with him a long time. I was not at all sure about a new doctor, but Dr. Mitchell has been a good replacement. Good practice.
I've been going to Dr Mitchell for years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Luanne is also exceptional, and the entire staff really makes me feel like I'm part of the family.
