Our project was a kitchen remodel plus an addition, price target was high 6 figures to low 7 figures. I strongly advise against using this group. As another reviewer mentioned, he charges for quotes, which is not standard in the industry. The quote was supposed to include subcontractors physically reviewing the site, but that never happened.
